Providence is an 800-lot private land estate south of Perth, Western Australia. As part of a broad marketing and branding remit, Telltale Media designed and produced a website for the development. The site, which includes a registration mechanism for customers interested in purchasing a lot at the estate, is fully mobile responsive and features an integrated CMS facility to enable autonomous updating of latest pricelists and stage plans by the estate’s sales staff.

Providence Estate Brand Identity
Providence is an 800-lot private land estate south of Perth, Western Australia. Telltale Media were tasked with naming and branding the estate, the core element of which was the development of a logo and tag line. The logo was developed to meet the client’s desire to achieve a premium look and feel, giving the estate strong differentiation from competing developments in the same land corridor and reflecting Providence’s design-driven aesthetic.
